RJS prelims is a 100-question, OMR-based paper with no negative marking. 70% of the weight is law (civil and criminal), 30% is Hindi and English proficiency. Because wrong answers cost nothing, the winning move is to attempt every question you can narrow to two options.

GJS prelims is a single 100-mark paper in three parts: Part A criminal law, Part B civil law, and Part C general knowledge, English and aptitude. Every wrong or multiple answer costs 0.33 marks, so strategy matters more than volume.
