Welcome to Ratio, a practice companion for Indian judicial service prelims. By using the app or website you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

Ratio provides multiple-choice question practice, timed exam mode, a study calendar, and a library of books for judiciary prelims preparation. Content is practice material and general educational information — not legal advice.

2. Accounts

Practice works without an account. Creating an account syncs progress, unlocks purchases, and lets you manage billing. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Payments

Paid features are an optional subscription and optional one-time book purchases. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Ratio does not store your card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Books bought once are yours to read while the service is available.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute paid content.
• Do not use automated bots to inflate leaderboard scores or abuse the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

5. Content and copyright

Questions and explanations are original practice material. Statutory text is reproduced from official sources such as India Code and follows the fair-dealing provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Past question papers are drawn from official exam publications. If you believe content infringes your rights, see our contact and takedown policy.

6. No affiliation

Ratio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any High Court, state government, or examination authority.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep questions accurate, but exams change and errors may occur. Ratio is not liable for exam outcomes or losses arising from reliance on practice material. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your data on request at amayos.studio@gmail.com.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
